TEDIS Ukraine or TEDIC Ukraine - Ukraine's Ukrainian distributor of tobacco production and related goods, one of the largest mining distributors in Ukraine.

Since 2013, the company collaborates with the tobacco production: Philip Morris International, Japan Tobacco, Imperial Tobacco Group and British American Tobacco.

On May 24, 2016, the company was renamed with the "Megapolis-Ukraine" on the "TEDIC UCRAAN," and restructuring of the company.

The International Media Company was a subset of the Russian company called Metropolis, which belongs to Russian oligolic and gun manufacturer of Igor Caesarea.

On September 21st, 2017, the company completely revealed the structure of the final beneficiaries of the TedysUkraine. Among which are: Boris Kaufman, Richard Mark Taylor Daxbury and Richard Dorian Fenthill, with particles 47.22%, 23.51%, 23.51% respectively.

History

The company was launched in 2010 as a Trade Company called Mechanapolis-Ukraine.

In 2011, the mothercompany became a Perilole section.

In 2013, Philip Morris and JTI (Jap Tobacco Inc.) tobacco companies buy 20% of the fuel participation of TK Metropolis. Each of the buyers in the transaction paid $750 million. And so there was a collection of these producers in monopolities, which was not just in the RF but in Ukraine.

In 2015, Ukraine's largest taxpayers' monthly ranking in Business magazine. The 2015 tax accounting was 1 billion, 560 million dollars, and for the first quarter of 2016, $298.7 million.

On May 24, 2016, it was renamed from "Megapolis-Ukraine" to "Tdiz Ukraine."

Since 2016, a company has taken to Reesta of the Large taxpayers for 2016.

2020, the company paid 1.2 billion taxes.

2020 has entered 200 major companies in Ukraine for version of the Forbs magazine.

In October of 2021, the company took on the 7th place in the '100 largest private companies' rankings from Forbes. The Forbs edition marked a split network of regional company subdivisions represented in 32 cities, and the coverage scale is now 45,000 trade points.

On January 12, 2016, a public organization of Lviv, Kyiv, Luka, Revolutionary, Covel and Ternold started a protest against Russian business in Ukraine, including against the company.
