Telefonija Beograd (belex code: TLFN) is a Serbian company with its head office in Belgrade. She works in the telecommunications and information technology sector.

History
Telefonija was created on and took its current name in 1960. Originally, the company was a public enterprise. In 1990, it was converted into a joint stock company, with the State holding 65% of the capital; In 1999, the State's share of the capital was 19.46 per cent.

Telefonija Beograd was admitted to the free market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange on 1 July; it was excluded from the procedure and was admitted to the regulated market.

Activities
Telefonija Beograd sells PABX and serves as a mobile telephone operator (GSM) and Internet service provider (local and extended network) and, in particular, voice over IP network.

Its former subsidiary BeotelNet, which provides Internet access to individuals and professionals, was purchased by the Cypriot fund Kerseyco Trading Ltd. in July 2013.
