History
The company was founded on the initiative of the Cimica family in Perugia in 1997, under the name of Telephonica S.p.A., aimed at offering traditional telephone services and ADSL. In September of the same year it began to operate in telecommunications, following the liberalization of fixed telephony.

In 2000 he obtained the licence of National Operator of Fixed Telephony, covering all the national territory. In 2002 he participated in the national auction for the assignment of Wireless Local Loop licenses, seeing as being assigned the frequencies for the Italian Centre, from where the creation of WLL networks begins.

On February 1, 2011 OkCom S.p.A. acquires the telecommunications branch of the Company and with it acquires customers, personnel and infrastructure, placing as operational base the current headquarters of Perugia.

In 2017, Teleunit moved to Cyprus where he acquired a License as an International Telephony Operator.
