Roland Katsiaounis (4 February 1954 – 30 June 2014) was a Greek Cypriot historian and for many years an AKEL executive. He was born in Famagusta and studied in Great Britain, where he completed his PhD at King’s College, London. He was a member of the Scientific Council of the Prometheus Research Institute.
