Thalis Michailidis was a Greek Cypriot physician and politician. He was a Member of Parliament in the Lefkosia Electoral District elected with the DEKOS.

Biographical data
Thalis Michailidis was born in Paphos in 1927. He spoke, beyond Greek, English. He obtained a medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He continued with post-education in general medicine and orthopedics in the United Kingdom. He worked as a general surgeon-orthopedic.

He died on October 30, 2017.

Path Policy
He was one of the founding executives of the Democratic Order (later DIKO) in 1976.

He was elected MP in the 1976 Parliamentary elections in the Lefkosia Electoral District with the Democratic Party (later DICO) for the 3rd Parliamentary Period. He was re-elected to the 1981 Parliamentary elections for the Fourth Parliamentary Period and the 1985 Parliamentary elections for the Fifth Parliamentary Period. In 1981–1985 he served as Dean of Parliament. As Member of Parliament, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Defence, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Internal Affairs, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance and Budget, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Health and a member of the Parliamentary Committee on the Rules of Procedure of the House.
