The Levi was born on 12 January 1965 in the Galilee landscape (then elite Nazareth)

He is a graduate of the Department of Graphic Design from Bezalel, from 1991.

During the 1990s, he lived in New York.

Since 2004, he is a lecturer at the Institute of Technology in Holon, Pinker and Bezalel, where he continues to lecture today.

From 2001 to 2012, he was the owner of a “Big Eyes” studio.

Since 2013 the Levi is the owner, the conceptual and designer of the Bluehorn-Work Group, a design studio, branding and advertising.

He began his way in designing posters for films, cultural intrigues and various politics, and continued to brand commercial business.

In 2009, he served as a partner editor, editorial member, graphic editor and designer at the Programma Magazine, an English-language art magazine.

For 2012, the owner of a political-exist column in the weekend edition of the Haaretz newspaper.

Starting in 2019, Hali publishes the column "weekly week", which includes every week as a topical graphic poster in the "Economics Collection".
