background
In July 1947, the confrontation between the IDF and the British reached a peak with the hanging of two British Sergiots in response to the execution of three Eritrean fighters in a prison. With the infiltration of a diplomatic solution to the crisis there was a certain relaxation in the activity, but the tension again increased with the deportation of the ship’s “Exodus” to Germany. Aceel prepared great action against the British lobby, but he lacks financial and explosive measures.

On 26 September 1947, the pelvic ship "no mattered" to the shores of the country, and rose to 434 elephants. The ship was attacked by four British destroyers and after vigorous resistance the British rose on the ship using water and live fires. One elephant was killed and many were wounded. All the elephants were deported to Cyprus. This ship is now used as a museum display in the desalination museum and the navy in Haifa.

Planning and explosion
The IDF commander decided to respond to these events with severity and damage to the British lobby center in Haifa, as the city took a prominent place in the desalination plant. The code of action was the ivory, though.

The British Bloc Center in Haifa is the building on the way of the Kings (King's Way), now through independence 82. The building is at the heart of the security zone in the city, in front of the main entrance to the Haifa port. The walls surrounding all buildings that can be damaged. Identity documents and artifacts were first examined by permission to enter the compound, car parking was prohibited near the place, and positions of guards with machine guns were carved on buildings day and night. The building was already a target for the IDF on January 12, 1947, the organization attempted to set a car bomb into the buildingyard. The action was thwarted in part because of one of the guards.

To overcome the guard and allow an attack at a minimum of casualties, Faglin, the IDF’s operational officer, a powerful installation and bomb that will be assembled on a truck and thrown on the building beyond the fence.

The bomb, at a length of more than two meters and a diameter of one meter, was built from a barrel-like metal cylinder in which a half-ton explosive was introduced. On both sides, large tractor tires were ordered to block the fall. Next to the tires, the wheels of teeth were installed to prevent the hay back movement and allow its movement in only one direction.

The bomb was raised by a lever on a truck with which a high facility was assembled in the form of a platoon. In the driver’s cell, a hand was installed that was connected with the cable to the front part of the facility that was used as a stop to the bomb, so that its deviation would allow the bomb reincarnation. The bomb was prepared in the house to leave the suburbs of Bnei Brak and the truck’s cabin is in charge of opening fire on the truck.

The date of the operation was scheduled for 29 September 1947, T. in the chair of Tel Aviv, at 6:00 a.m., a time when the traffic of the fetuses and small houses and stores is closed to ensure minimal harm to civilians.

A day before, on September 28, 1947, the truck from Bnei Brak went to Haifa as the installation and bomb on which it was covered. The truck was accompanied by a motorcycle and ran back in a car with two Ace fighters. The truck driver was equipped with fake licenses to transport a washing machine to the Haifa port. The driver and his companions were able to bring the truck to Haifa and store it at night in a remote parking lot when keeping is deposited.

The next day, at 5 p.m., the truck went to its destination. When he arrived at the Bolshevik building, he was arrested. The driver pulled in the hands and the bomb hung over the fence. The Arab guard was also able to shout to the driver because he fell in a barrel, but the driver pressed the gas deed and quickly left. A few seconds later there was a huge explosion that caused great destruction in the building’s lower floors. The explosion was killed seven days
