The state of football is an organization founded in 2002, which organizes the largest amateur soccer in Israel and brings together more than 20,000 amateur soccer players from across the country.

History of History
After several groups of friends held games and small tournaments of 7X7 soccer in the Jacob Memorial Zone and the Carmel Coast, several teams decided to establish the Football State and hold a 6-group tournament in the Weigate Institute. The first tournament took place on November 30, 2002 and won the United Coast Group after the 1-0 win in the final on the "Silbutz Buildings". Along with the tournament, a website that presented the results of the games together with photos from the tournament, leading to exposure to other groups.

By March 2003, the organization joined over 50 groups. The organization celebrated the event in the tournament with 16 teams in the training field at sea. Later that year he received several media articles and the pace of joining the groups.

In the early years, the Games took place at the Weingite Institute, the sea-year-old, the Ailea, the Arkei kibbutz, the Zuhrah kibbutz and other divorces. In 2004, the state of football began to play the training courts near the Wolfson Hospital, where a large part of the activity is held until today. Additional active courts in 2015 are in the eagle, in the O'S court in Haifa, a Shapira court in Netanya, in the neighborhood of hope and peace in Tel Aviv, the Stern courts and a fair house in Jerusalem, Lod and Bar Sheva.

Basic Laws and Leading Principles
The organization is a nonprofit, which acts to promote tolerance, personal responsibility and freedom of violence through soccer sessions and therefore fundamental values:
There is no violence – any manifestation of violence is automatically excluded from the activity.
There are no judges – the principle is that everyone is responsible for the behavior of himself and his teammates, and still has a sporty and competitive game without an external body. A player who feels that an offense is committed by Paul and accepts the principle "the order gets."

Joining the organization has no age limit, and therefore players in a youth layer can play together with adults double their age. The game is 7X7 or 6X6 without restriction of exchanges, except for certain events in which a scooter and 11 is held. The game time for the regular teams was 20 minutes – 10 minutes each half, and each team plays a minimum of three games in the tournament. The tournament costs between 300 and 400 NIS per group that is going to rise to the organization’s logistics organization: cost of pitches, managers, photographers who take the games, ongoing management, site management and video more. In regular sessions, players can be registered, but the tournament has full groups.
