Theophilactos Theseeus, (Strovolos Nicosia - ; ) was a Greek Cypriot priest, member of the Philiki company and fighter of the Greek Revolution of 1821. His brothers were also the militants of the revolution, Kyprianou and Nicholas Thesees.
His real name was Themistocles and studied in Switzerland. When he became a priest he changed his name to Theophilactos and reached the office of Archimandrite and also claimed the position of Bishop Kyrenias. With the outbreak of the Greek revolution he stirred up the Cypriot people by distributing revolutionary pamphlets, for this action he was forced to flee to Rome and later Russia persecuted by the Turks. In 1824 he arrived in Greece and took part in battles mainly in the Peloponnese where he lost his left hand. At the end of the revolution he was found in Jerusalem and in 1833 he returned to Cyprus, but there he was charged by the Turks and returned to Jerusalem. The last years of his life he spent them in Istanbul.
In 1842 he published in Athens his book Home Economy.
