He takes care of children as a babysitter (from toddlers to 16-year-olds), organizes a children's party, deals with the political views of a WG, etc. Finally, his son comes with the grandchildren from the USA and Waldemar learns English, as the son wants to take him with him. Also privately he seeks once again the proximity to a companion. He leads conversations with the photo of his late wife Therese alias “Reserl”. Waldemar often argues with his best friend Franz, who is an opera friend, about medical problems, and Waldemar also has problems with the Czech housekeeper of Franz – Mrs. Wavra. Waldemar describes it as “Mr. Stettner”. Waldemar also deals with the curious, intrusive postmen. Waldemar likes to play recorder in the later episodes. After all, he starts his own company with friends from episode 18. They also provide themselves as an escort service. Due to disputes, he returns to the Omaagentur.
