THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY AT THE MANDATORY COMPANY REGISTRY WERE BAR STARA MEIROWITZ, DAVID RAMSAY, GUSTA STRAOF-CAR, WOLF SHIND, AND SHODIRA. THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS THE ACRONYM OF “COMMERCIAL MARITIME FLEETS”, AND IS A RARE FORM OF THE WORD “ZI”, WHICH APPEARS IN THE BOOK IN THE DESERT “OPEN IMMEDIATELY WITH SPOTS, AND WE HAVE AN ALIGNMENT AND CLAIM PAST, AND IT IS ALSO LOST WITNESSES.

DURING THE WAR OF INDEPENDENCE, THE SHIPS OF MANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COMPANIES STOPPED FUNCTIONING BY ISRAEL’S PORTS, AND THE COMPANY PROVIDED MARINE CONTACT AND LED FOOD, MILITARY EQUIPMENT AND GOODS. WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE, IT WAS DECIDED TO ESTABLISH AN “ISRAELI MERCHANT FLEET” IN WHICH ISRAELI-OWNED SHIPS AND ISRAELI CHEMISTS. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE TRADE AND MOVEMENT OF PASSENGERS TO ISRAEL (IN THOSE YEARS THE AIRPORT WAS SMALL AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE PASSENGER TRAFFIC WAS IN SHIPS). WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COUNTRY, HE OWNED ONLY ONE PASSENGER SHIP, THE "FORWARD". BETWEEN THE SUMMER OF 1948 AND MARCH 1949, HE QUICKLY ACQUIRED OTHER SHIPS, SOME IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER COMPANIES PRIVATELY OWNED BY JEWISH CAPITALISTS FROM BRITAIN AND THE UNITED STATES, INCLUDING "NABLVA", "I WANT" AND "CYLINDER". SOME OF THE "SHADOW FLEETS" SHIPS ARRESTED BY THE BRITISH MANDATE WERE FORCED TO GO AFTER THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL (AFTER AN INTERIM PHASE IN WHICH SHE HANDLED THE SHIPS OF A COMPANY CALLED "OONS AND SHIPS", WHICH WAS MERGED WITH THE "ZES", IN WHICH THERE WERE THE LARGEST ELEPHANT SHIPS, PAN YORK AND KHAN KRASSEN, WHO PLAYED IN CYPRUS FOR THE BRITISH. THE SHIP CREWS MAINTAINED THEIR CRAFT AND IMMEDIATELY WITH THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE JOINED THE FASTS, NEW NAMES – COMMUNES AND INDEPENDENCE. IN ADDITION, ANOTHER COMPANY WAS ESTABLISHED, THE "ISRAELI-AMERICAN LINES", WHICH WAS JOINTLY OWNED WITH THE ROYAL FAMILY. AT THIS STAGE, THE ISRAELI MERCHANT FLEET HAD 15 SHIPS AND ESTABLISHED A JOINT MANAGEMENT COMPANY CALLED “THE UNITED NATIONS” (SEA SERVICES).
THE COMPANY’S MAIN MISSION IN ITS EARLY YEARS WAS TO BRING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES TO ISRAEL. WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL, THE COMPANY IS ALSO RENAMED THE “ISRAELI CRUISE COMPANY IN ISRAEL.”
IN 1951, HE BROKE OUT THAT THE HAMME STRIKE, AGAINST THE BACKDROP OF THE DIFFICULT WORKING CONDITIONS AND THE LOW WAGE IN THE ISRAELI MERCHANT FLEET. IN ADDITION, A DISPUTE BROKE OUT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE “IMMUNITY ASSOCIATION” BETWEEN THE DIVISIONS (WHICH RULED THE COMPANY THROUGH THE “WORKING COMPANY”) AND THE CHEMISTS.
IN 1953, CHEERS BEGAN THE CONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION PROCESS AS PART OF THE TREATY OF THE UNITED NATIONS WITH GERMANY. CHEERS BUILT 36 NEW SHIPS, ALLOWING A DRAMATIC EXPANSION OF THE NAVY AND THE SCOPE OF OPERATIONS.
GOVERNMENT COMPANY
IN 1957, THE GOVERNMENT DEMANDED THAT IT BE A MEMBER OF THE COMPANY’S MANAGEMENT, AT THIS STAGE THE OWNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY BY THE “WORKING COMPANY” (50%) AND “THE JEWISH AGENCY” (50%), BUT THE COUNTRY FLOWED FUNDS THROUGH “THE COMPANY OF BORROWERS” AND LOANS. A YEAR LATER, SHE DEMANDED TO BE A PARTNER IN THE PROSECUTOR
