Cissus amalthea
Type of plant that is a perennial herbaceous vine belonging to the genus Cissus in the family Vitaceae or Polygonaceae.

This plant helps get rid of weeds due to root exudates.

It has many benefits for treating wounds and menstrual cramps or menopause, as well as improving vision. This grass is considered an antioxidant and its aerial parts contain flavonoids, peptides, choline, echinulin, histamine, and tyramine.

Habitat and distribution
Its native region is the Levant, Egypt, North Africa, Turkey, the Caucasus, and all regions of Europe from Greece and the Balkans to Spain and Portugal, and northwards from Ireland and Britain to Finland and Russia.
