"The Weakest Crick"
--- CONTENT ---
More Powerful Kricos is a Greek knowledge game that was originally aired by TV station Mega from 2001 to 2003 and came back in the 2019–2020 television season from the SKai TV station. In season 2022-2023 will be aired by ERT1. It is the Greek version of the game show "The Weakest Link". Presenter of the first and second seasons was Helena Acroita, while from the third season the host's position was taken over by Tasos Trifonos.
Game mode
On the set are eight players (the first 2 cycles nine), who are around the presenter. In each round the presenter asks the players questions, who try to earn as much money as they can. For every correct answer money is raised in a chain and to be stored in the bank, the next player must say "bank". If the player doesn't know the question, he has the right to say "pass." If the player gives the wrong answer or says "pass", then the money collected in the chain is lost and must start again another chain. At the end of the round players vote for the "weakest link", i.e. the player they consider to be the worst of the round, usually based on the wrong answers they gave and the passes they said. This is repeated every round. In the last round, before the final of the episode, two players have remained, who play to raise a larger amount. Immediately afterwards comes the final of the episode, in which the two players play again, this time to emerge one of them the "strongest link" and earn the amount collected throughout the episode. In the final there is no time limit, but the questions are more difficult than the previous rounds.
Transmission Overview
