The funeral of Shimon Peres, the ninth president of the State of Israel, who previously served as Prime Minister and many other public positions, was held on Friday, September 30, 2016, in part of the nation’s great people on Mount Herzl, in the presence of a large crowd and representatives from dozens of countries.
The Death of Peres and preparations for the funeral
