"The memory of the girls"
- CONTENT -
The Memorandum of Understanding is a type of agreement between two or more parties, expressing consent and a desire for cooperation between the parties. It is often used in cases where the parties do not seek to create a legal obligation or situations in which the parties cannot create a legal enforcement agreement. It is sometimes used as a more formal alternative to a gentleman’s agreement. The memorandum of girls is often used in the business world and the world of diplomacy between countries.
Many companies and government agencies also use the memorandum of understanding to define the internal relationship between departments, agencies or companies held.
in the business world
In business, the memorandum of understanding is usually a legally non-binding agreement between two or more parties, which outlines the terms and details of understanding or mutual agreement, while citing the requirements and responsibilities of each party – but without determining a formal contract that can be enforced (though the girls are often the first step towards the signing of a formal contract).
In Public International Trial
In international relations, and in the public international law, the girls are falling under the broad category of art and should be registered in the United Nations Art Collection. In practice, and despite the insistence of the United Nations Office on legal matters the registration will be made to avoid “secret diplomacy,” the girls’ leaders are sometimes kept confidential. As a matter of law, the title of the memorandum of understanding does not necessarily mean that the document requires or does not require the public international law. To determine whether a certain memorandum of understanding should be a legally binding document (i.e., a treaty), the intent of the parties and the position of the seals (for example, the foreign minister in front of it). Minister for Environment. A meticulous analysis of the formula will also clarify the exact nature of the document. The International Court in the Hague provided some insight into determining the legal status of a memorandum of understanding in a "catar against Bahrain" case on 1 July 1994.
International airports are also a type of memorandum of girls.
Benefits
One advantage of the misunderstandings over more formal instruments is that since obligations can be avoided under international law, it is often possible to implement them without the need for legislative approval. Thus, the misunderstandings are often used to modify and adapt existing art, and in this case these males have a status of a factual treaty. However, the decision regarding the need for conversion is determined by the internal law of the parties and depends largely on the agreed subject. The memory of the girls who have been kept confidential (i.e., are not registered in the UN) cannot be enforced to any body of the UN, and it is possible to reach the conclusion that no obligations were made under international law.
