Gratiela-Leocadia Gavrilescu () is a Romanian politician.

In the 2004-2008 legislature, Grățiela-Leocadia Gavrilescu was validated on 19 December 2007 and replaced MP Ion Preda. Graciela-Leocadia Gavrilescu was elected as a member of the National Liberal Party in 2012.

During his term of office he joined the Liberal Conservative Parliamentary Group (PLR-PCP). Date of UN designation:

In its parliamentary work, in the 2008-2012 legislature, Graciela-Leocadia Gavrilescu was a member of the parliamentary groups of friendship with the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Cyprus.

In the 2010-2016 legislature, Grățiela-Leocadia Gavrilescu was a member of the parliamentary groups of friendship with the State of Israel and the Republic of Iraq.

In the 2010-2020 legislature, Gratiela-Leocadia Gavrilescu is a member of the parliamentary groups of friendship with Canada, the State of Israel, the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lebanon.

On 22 April 2020 Grațiela Gavrilescu announced that he had joined the Party of Humanist Power (Social-Liberal).
