"The sandstone"

- CONTENT -
Sandstone is a type of cyanite rock that has a medium gravitate size.

Features
The sandstone belongs to the epikalastic rock group, which is to say that the rocks that were created after passing all the four stages of creating a rock from a sink: in the loop, transport, investment and shrinking.
The size of the gravitate – the sandstone belongs to the group of rocks in which the size of the medium gravitate (between 2 mm to 1/16 mm (about 60 microns). called Arenites, psammite. The source of the name in Latin Arena – Sand, where it is later given to the “era” because of the sands that were flocked before the Louvre battles. It is customary to divide the arronts into five groups of magnitude from 2-1 mm, 1 to 1⁄2 mm, 1⁄2-1⁄4 mm, 1⁄4- 1⁄8 mm, and 1⁄8-1/16 m (Arnit thin).
The car – a sandstone is mainly built from the quartz Pledesft and clay minerals. The mineral resilience that assembled the original rock that had undergone the process of blaze varies according to a row of Bowen and therefore some of them were destroyed and some remained, mainly quartz from which most of the world’s sandstones are built.
Color – The color of sandstones varies similar to the color of sand between gray, yellow, red peace for children I am the confused. The colors of the rock stem from tiny amounts of iron oxides.
Age – a larger concentration of quartz in the stone indicates prolonged lanes and therefore on a more “adult” sandstone geologically. The age of the rock is expressed in the texture, which stems from the crystal shape and the amount of oxidation that emerges: from an unusual sandstone – unrounded crystals and a bit of porcelain, up to an adult sandstone – rounded crystals in a great causality.
The sandstone is a very fruitful and usually responds to scratching in the nail – its straw level is low.
The sandstone does not respond to the acid because it does not contain calcium.
The sandstone responds to the magnet because it contains the quartz mineral that is observed in different metals.
The structure of the sandstone is lying.

Types of sandstone

According to the vehicle
The quantum sandstone – this sandstone consists of more than 70% quartz, and therefore considered the stone assuming that the quantum concentration in the original rock did not exceed 20% (such as in granite), then the high quartz concentration in the quantum sandstone stems from the instability of the original minerals (sphafts, amphlet, etc.). The numerical sandstone in the crater is a quantum sandstone. The reactor is a type of sandstone created from the sandstones in the process of massing and re-incorporation of some biokalists (a crash of marine animal skeletons) around the quartz grains.
Groywacke - an "non-adult" sandstone created from the breakdowns of preserved rocks that originate from plutonous basics. The gioca contains equal amounts of quartz, the field fragment and the size of varying grains (a characteristic known as bad sorting). Although the berries that comprise the grove have undergone a long ride from the surrounding area where the original rock has been broken up to where the gioca is formed, they still contain unstable minerals and the gerographic shape is angular. That is to say, the berries have not undergone a chemical attack and mechanical erosion on their way and cities that the transport of the burglars has been carried out by the currents. A thick groco layer is for example near the Nicosia capital of Cyprus and is located in the Turkish Alps.
Arkose - an "non-adult" sandstone that was created from the breakdown of acidic (granate) and is characterized by a quantity of over 25% of stains and potterys. The fact that the rock contains a large amount of flads that are unstable minerals indicates that the rock was created under conditions in which there was no chemical attack of the rock, though because the rock was created in extreme climates (along or velvet) or that the rock was immediately covered. Some of the stolen sandstones in the country are an example of aerosol.
