Titus Fanos was born in Nicosia in 1929. He speaks, beyond Greek, English. He studied law. He worked as a lawyer.

Path Policy
He was elected MP in the 1960 parliamentary elections in the Lefkosia Electoral District with the Patriotic Front for the First Parliamentary Period.

On 21 April 1966 he was appointed Minister of Transport and Works in the Government of Archbishop Makarios III 1960, a position in which he also remained in the Government of Archbishop Makarios III 1968, until 30 June 1970.

In 1979-1991 he served as chairman of the Public Service Committee.
