Biography
Todor Kolev (; born July 1, 1979) is a Bulgarian international footballer.
### Early Career
Kolev made his professional debut in 1962 with Lokomotiv Sofia, before joining PFC Slavia Sofia in 1963. He remained at Slavia until 1971, playing for the team during its various incarnations, including Cecilia-Slavia from 1969 to 1971.
### International Career
Kolev honoured eleven selections with the Bulgarian national team between 1967 and 1970. He played his first international game against Sweden and went on to play two games at the 1970 World Cup in Mexico, scoring a goal against Germany.
### Refereeing Career
After graduating in 1970, Kolev became an arbitrator and rose through the ranks over time. He refereed three high-level international games: two preliminary round games at the 1990 World Cup (Yugoslavia-Cyprus (4-0) and Norway-France (1-1)), as well as a Euro 1992 playoff game (Czechoslovakia-Iceland (1-0)).
