Toni Gorupec

Early Life and Club Career

Toni Gorupec (born 4 July 1993) is a Croatian professional footballer.

### Professional Debut

Gorupec made his professional debut on 20 September 2013, playing for Lokomotiva against Hrvatski Dragovoljac as a right back.

### Early Club Career

In the summer of 2011, Gorupec joined Dinamo Zagreb's professional squad and signed a contract until 2017. He was then awarded to NK Sesvete, a second division team, for two years. However, in the summer of 2013, he moved to Lokomotiva Zagreb without having previously played a game for Dinamo.

### Career Progression

Gorupec made 23 appearances for Lokomotiva in his first year but lost his regular place in the 2014/15 season and was no longer in action. In early 2015, he left Lokomotiva to join Astra Giurgiu in Romania. Half a year later, he left Astra Giurgiu and joined Vitória Setúbal in Portugal's first division. He then spent the entire 2017/18 season with CD Santa Clara, helping the club achieve promotion.

### Later Career

After returning to Croatia, Gorupec played for NK Kurilovec and NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac before joining Olympiakos Nicosia in Cyprus. As of July 2020, he has been under contract with Ethnikos Achnas in the Cyprus First Division.

International Career

Gorupec has represented Croatia at various youth levels, including the U17, U19, U20, and U21 national teams.
