**Early Life and Career**

Traianós Déllas was born on January 31, 1976, in Thessaloniki, Greece.

**Club Career**

Déllas began his career with Aris in Greece. In 1993, he moved to Paris (presumably a Greek club based in Paris), but returned to Greece the following year. He then joined Sheffield United in England, where he spent two years before returning to Greece and playing for No. A.C. Athens from 1996 to 1998. During his time at No. A.C. Athens, Déllas won the Greek Cup in 2000.

In 2001, Déllas left Greece again and moved to Italy, where he played for Proja (although he was dismissed after disputes with the management). He did not participate in any games during his last six months at the club.

**International Career**

Déllas made his debut for the Greek national team in 2001. He played a total of two games, including one against Croatia which ended in a 2-2 draw.

**Coaching Career**

After retiring as a player, Déllas went on to become a football coach.

**Personal Life**

Déllas was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, and is of Greek nationality.
