Türkan Aziz (22 September 1917 - 27 March 2019), First Cyprus Turkish Prime Minister, Ebeler and Patient Observers are the first one. When returning to the country, he worked and researched about chest and tuberculosis diseases in the Nicosia General Hospital in Giberun.
