Tuymazin Autoconcrete Plant (TZA) is the largest machine-building enterprise of Bashkortostan in the city of Tuymaz for the design and production of special equipment for the construction, agricultural and oil and gas industries. The company's products were awarded the silver medal of VDNKh of the USSR (1981). Laureate of the contest "100 best goods of Russia" (2007).
Products
Designs and manufactures concrete mixers, concrete pumps, stationary concrete pumps, fire foam lifts, trailers and metal structures (transformer tanks) for the electrical industry. In the market of dump trailers, the share of the enterprise is approximately 60%.
In 1977, the first concrete carrier SB-113 was released. In 1999, the production of a stationary concrete pump with an electric drive was mastered, in 2000 - with a hydraulic drive.
In 1994, 492 units of concrete transport equipment were produced. In 2009, 160 concrete mixers, two concrete pumps, four concrete pumps, three foam lifts and seven circular concrete distributors were produced.
By 2010, only 30.7 thousand concrete mixers, 1.8 thousand concrete pumps, 2.8 thousand authorship locomotives were produced.
History
In 1973, the Ministry of Construction, Road and Municipal Engineering of the USSR decided to build a plant in the city of Tuymazy of the Bashkir ASSR. It was founded in 1976 as Tuymazinsky experimental plant of construction machines. In 1980, it was put into operation as the Tuymazin Autoconcrete Plant. The facilities of the plant were built by the trust "Tuymazyneftestra".
Since 1990 - joint-stock company, since 1994 - modern status.
In 2021, the creation of the Tuimazinsky Industrial Park on the basis of the enterprise, plans for the creation of which were discussed earlier, was launched. Also, the creation of the Master Technopark, to which the company will sell its buildings, has begun.

Owners and management
Previously, he was part of the Stroydormash concern. Since 2004 - as part of KAMAZ PJSC (part of Rostec State Corporation).
As of 2006, 51.7793% of the shares belonged to KAMAZ PJSC, 10% to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
For 2015 and 2017, 51.78% of the shares belonged to KAMAZ PJSC, 10% to Regional Fund JSC of the Republic of Bashkortostan, 24.39% to Sanrio corporate Limited offshore and 6.5% to Malvem Holding Limited of the British Virgin Islands.
As of 2021, 51.77% of the shares are owned by KAMAZ PJSC, 25.93% of the shares are owned by Photenalo Limited, a Cypriot offshore company.
Previously, the company had a subsidiary of Autobetonovoz LLC (ABV).
