The UEFA Champions League 2015- 16 (UEFA Champions League) was the 61st edition. The competition started on June 30, 2015 and ended on May 28, 2016.
On November 15, 2013, the president of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) Giancarlo Abete, stated that the stadium of the Associazione Calcio Milan and the Football Club Internazionale, the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, could be the venue of the end of 2016. Real Madrid won its eleventh title after winning the Atlético de Madrid.
