The 2002-2003 UEFA Women's Cup was the second edition of the UEFA Women's Cup European Football Tournament for UEFA Club Women's Cup, intended for the winners of the highest national championships in Europe. The tournament was won by the Swedes of the double final against the Danes of .

Format
A total of 35 teams from 35 different UEFA-affiliated federations participate in the 2002-2003 tournament.

The tournament consists of three stages: qualifying, group stage, direct elimination phase. Qualifications include teams belonging to the four federations with the lowest UEFA ranking. The winning team of the qualifying group leads to the group stage, where the 32 teams were grouped in 8 groups of 4 teams each. In each group the teams play against each other in a Italian mini-tournament, hosted by one of the four teams. The eight winners of the group acquire the right to access the elimination phase. The quarterfinals and semi-finals are played with round-trips. Unlike the previous edition, the final is played in round and back games.

Participating teams
Compared to the 2001-2002 edition, the football federations of Estonia, Ireland, Romania, Azerbaijan, Northern Ireland and Cyprus joined the national championship champion. The absence of teams representing Ukraine, Bulgaria, Armenia and Slovakia is opposed to these six additions.
