In the United States, license plates are issued by public institutions or special organs for each state. The public jurisdiction is the issue of diplomatic, government, and military signs. Other types of numbers are made up by states.

Each of the states and federal county of Colombia has the authority to design license plates, map, and print them to their own charges. Recurrent license plates

This type of license is approved and it looks like the main state for all the state residents, if the residence has no other wishes. The standard combination of characters can be changed to any other than the residence's wish.
