Ukraine took part in Eurovision 2022, held in Turin, Italy, with the song "Stefania" of Callosh Uchstera. It was her 17th participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. Prior to the Eurovision 2022, Ukraine has participated in a contest of sixteen times since its debut in 2003, and reached the first place twice: in Eurovision 2004 with the song "Wild Dances" by Rosalanna Lazhico, and in the Eurovision 2016 Eurovision with the song "1944" of Jamala.
