History

The company with 100% foreign investment "Ukrainian National Lottery" was founded in 1997 by William Francis Flynn, a resident of Florida and US citizen. In September 1997, the corporate rights to the Enterprise passed to the company "Olympic Gold Holdings Limited", which represented the interests of a group of foreign investors from the UK, Sweden, Austria, etc.

Ownership
