Umut Dilan Bozok (born 19). September 1996 in Saint-Avold) is a Turkish-French football player. He is under contract with Trabzonspor and is a former Turkish junior national player.

Bozok’s Turkish parents settled in Lorraine in their youth. He grew up in his native city of Saint-Avold on the German border and had joined a local football club in his childhood before joining the Youth Academy (Centre de Formation) of FC Metz. On February 1, 2014, he made his debut for the second team of FC Metz in the match of CFA2 (fifth league) in the away game against Thaon. This remained his only use this season; Bozok progressed with the team to the CFA (fourth league), in which he came to ten appearances and relegated again to the CFA 2. In the 1-3 away defeat on the second matchday against the second representative of AS Nancy, Bozok scored on 30. August with the goal to 1:0 his first goal in the men's area. This season he played in 21 games in which he scored twelve goals.
In the summer of 2016 he moved to the National (third league) to GS Consolat. On August 5, 2016, Bozok played for the first time for the club from Marseille in the 2-3 away defeat on the first matchday against Bastia-Borgo. In 31 games he scored 18 goals. In 2017, Bozok moved to Ligue 2 at Olympique Nîmes and gave up on 28. July 2017 with his substitution in the 60th minute in the 0-1 loss on the first matchday against Stade Reims his debut in professional football. At the end of the season, Nîmes also rose thanks to Bozok’s 24 league goals – he became the top scorer – as vice-champion behind Reims in Ligue 1. In the following season, Umut Bozok lost his regular place and was in 25 first division games only 14 times in the starting eleven, in which he scored two goals. He then returned to Ligue 2, where he joined FC Lorient. There, too, Bozok was only a substitute in his first season 2019/20. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the season was scored after the 28th match day and with this standings, whereby the Merlus succeeded as first in the championship and the promotion to Ligue 1. Bozok stood in 16 league games on the pitch, in which he could score two goals. At the beginning of 2021, he moved to ES Troyes AC on loan for half a year. He was then awarded to Kasımpaşa Istanbul in Turkey. Bozok was used in all 38 league games and was with 20 goals scorer king of the season 2021/22. After the loan expired, he did not return to France, but changed firmly to Trabzonspor.
National team
Bozok had the choice between the Turkish and the French selection teams. On November 28, 2012, he made his debut for the Turkish U-17 national team in the 3-4 defeat in the USA on the occasion of the Nike Tournament against Portugal. and came for this age group overall
