International and National Educational Relations
Balamand University has established a network of national and international relations with some centers responsible for establishing medium- and long-term projects. It has also worked hard to support higher education in Lebanon and make it an internationally valued institution, which was evident through its efforts in this field in research, maintaining quality in education, international-oriented activities, institutional affiliations, and the diversity of full-time students and faculty members.
Lebanon is linked to Europe by strong ties, especially in the educational field, as well as with countries located on the Mediterranean Sea due to shared interests. Based on these relations, Balamand University sought to establish a strong cooperation at all levels with Europe through student and staff exchange support in both directions.
Together they have been able to establish joint projects, including:
* Erasmus Mundus: A program funded by the European Union
