"Upper Neighborhood"

Upper Neighborhood is a district of the Municipality of Karavas. After the Turkish invasion of 1974, the administrative area of the district and more generally the Municipality of Karavas is not controlled by the Republic of Cyprus. These territories belong by law to the Republic of Cyprus, while de facto belong to the unrecognised state of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Location
To the west it borders St. Luke, St. Anastasia and St. Minas, to the south with Sysclepo, to the east with Paleosphos and Motides and to the north with Petrotonia and Outside Neighborhood.
