Alexey Olegovich Ustenko (born April 7, 1994) is a Ukrainian politician and economist.

Education
2014 graduated from Kyiv National Economic University (Faculty of International Economics and Management).

2014-2015 continued his studies at the City University of London at the Faculty of International Business Economics.

Since 2019, he has been studying at the postgraduate school of the Kyiv National Economic University.

Activities
2016-2019 – worked in the private sector of the economy, held senior positions and was the founder of a number of agricultural enterprises. He created successful business cases related to the use of the latest technologies in the agricultural sector and initiated a number of successful start-up projects.

He is engaged in the Chernihiv region. With his assistance, repair work was resumed in the Bulakhovskaya outpatient clinic of Kozeletskaya AH, which serves more than four thousand residents, including mentally retarded children. As Ustenko noted at the briefing, the work was delayed due to tender wars.

On social networks, he actively promotes vaccination against COVID-19.

Political activities
2019 - became a deputy from the Servant of the People party in the 2019 parliamentary elections, No. 86 on the list.

In the Verkhovna Rada
Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Rental Payments, Environmental Tax and Taxation of the AIC. According to the website of the Verkhovna Rada, at the moment he is a deputy member of the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and deputy co-chairman of the group on inter-parliamentary relations with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

He is a member of the groups on inter-parliamentary relations with such countries: USA, UAE, Brazil, Sweden, Japan, Cyprus, India.

Member of the Interim Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate possible illegal actions of officials of the State Space Agency of Ukraine (National Space Agency of Ukraine) and enterprises of the space industry, in particular, during the implementation of the Lybed and Cyclone-4 projects.

The legislative process
Alexei Ustenko became the author and co-author of a number of bills. Its legislative activities are aimed at creating jobs, deshadowing the economy, supporting small and medium-sized businesses, as well as developing free economic zones and regions. He actively supports anti-corruption initiatives and the creation of an independent and effective judicial system. He co-authored draft laws aimed at protecting children, urban planning and education.

According to the portal “They vote for you”, the MP supports bills aimed at European integration and joining NATO, countering Russian aggression, fighting corruption, tax incentives, digitalization, forest conservation and reforming science.
