Early Life and Education
Valery Vladimirovich Tarasyuk was born on August 31, 1976, in Kazanka.
He graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University with a degree in international law in 1998.
Career
### Early Career (2006-2014)
From March 2006 to May 2014, Tarasyuk served as the Director of the Law Department and Vice President of the World Trade Center.
### Government Service (2014-2019)
In June 2014, he was appointed as the Director of the Justice Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. On August 27, 2014, he became a member of the National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and Utilities (NKREKU), which manages state regulation in energy and communal services.
