Vassilis Papatheodorou is a writer of children's books. He was born in 1967 in Athens. Since 1979 he has lived in Glyfada. He studied at the high school and high school of the German School of Athens. He then studied metaliologist and chemical engineer at the EMP, while doing a master's degree in Business Administration.
He began his involvement in writing books in 1996. His first book entitled "School Performance" was awarded in the respective competition of the Women's Literary Companion.

From then on to this day he writes children's novels, five of which (The message, The Nine Caesars, Chnota in the glass, In the foreword, The great journey of the Chinese duck) are taught at the University of the Aegean, in the Department of Municipal Education, in post-trained teachers. He was in charge of the children's book department of Kastaniotis publications.

In October 2022 he was prosecuted to a degree of felony possession of child pornography material and was held in Tripoli.
