Daniel Vega

Biography

Daniel Vega is an Argentine footballer born on August 1, 1979. He plays as a goalkeeper.

Vega began his career with CA River Plate, playing 57 matches in the Argentine first division and participating in Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana with the team. After a stint in Cyprus, he played two seasons in the North American Soccer League (NASL) with Miami FC in 2016 and 2017.

Following the dissolution of the NASL, Vega played for Miami FC 2 in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) in 2018 before joining the Tampa Bay Rowdies, a USL club, in August of that year.

Career

Vega has also played for Club Atlético Nueva Chicago and Anórthosis Famagusta. He has been associated with several teams, including River Plate, Newell's Old Boys, and San Jose Earthquakes.
