Sergey Vladimirovich Vinnikov (November 27, 1959, Meshchovsk, Kaluga region) is a Russian director and producer.

Biography
1967-1977 - training in Meshchov secondary school. He graduated from 10 classes with a Gold Medal.
1977-1981 – training at the Moscow State Institute of Culture (department of directing and acting skills, course of G.A. Kalashnikova). Diploma with honors. Internship as a director at the Moscow Academic Musical Theatre named after Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko under the guidance of L.D. Mikhailov.
1981-1986 – Director of the People’s Opera House at the CDCJ, Director of the People’s Drama Theatre ZIL, teacher of the Department of Directorship and Actor of the MGIK.
1982-1986 – correspondent of the Main Newsroom of the Central Television of the USSR ("News" and the program "Time").
1983-1986 – postgraduate studies at the Shchukin Theatre School in the specialty “Director of Drama Theatre” (V.A. Eufer course).
1987-1992 – Director, Chief Director of the State Central Concert Hall “Russia”.
1992-1997 – President of the Russian National Organizing Committee of the Slavic Bazaar International Art Festival, President and General Producer of the Slavic Bazaar International Corporation, President of the Eurasian Association of Festival Creators (EACOF). General producer and chief director of the telethon “Slavic World Welcomes Moscow”, held as part of the celebration of the 850th anniversary of Moscow.
1998-2002 - work on labor contracts with leading television companies, the creation of television programs and films.
2002–2012 – Chief Director and Producer of the Moscow Ice Cream Festival, the All-Russian Intermuseum Festival.
2002–2014 – Creative Director of Niko Travel Group – creation of production programs for leading Russian and foreign companies, including Microsoft, Nestlé, Peugeot, Mars, Johnson & Johnson, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Volvo, Sberbank of Russia, RAO UES, Lukoil and many others.
2015 to date – Professor of the Department of Directing Theatrical Performances and Holidays and the Department of Management and Cultural Studies at the Institute of Contemporary Art.
2019 To the 60th anniversary of the director, the Institute of Contemporary Art published a book by Sergey Vinnikov “Directorship of Life”

Creative activities
Author of more than 150 scripts of theatrical programs, television films, festivals and competitions.

He has performed more than 600 performances, theatrical and television programs in 25 countries of the world at such venues as: Red Square, State Kremlin Palace, Column Hall of the House of Unions, Brest Fortress, State Central Concert Hall "Russia", State Academic Small Theater, Moscow Art Academic Theater (Gorky Moscow Art Theater), Mossovet Theater, Moscow Theater "New Opera", Moscow Academic Music Theater named after K.
