Visions of Europe

European Visions

European Visions is a 2004 European compilation film featuring contributions from all 25 Member States of the European Union at that time. The project was initiated by Lars von Trier.

Production Details

The selected 25 directors, often the most internationally renowned in their respective countries, were invited to create short films lasting no more than five minutes on the theme of "Europe". There were no specific guidelines other than a budget and a 16:9 shooting format.
