Lisan al-Thawr (Ornithogalum saussurei) is a plant species in the genus Lisan al-Thawr of the family Asparagaceae.

Environment and distribution
Its native range is the eastern half of the Mediterranean Basin, where it is found in the Levant, the Nile Valley, North Africa, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus.
