Vladimir Alexandrovich Voronkovich (born April 6, 1959, Engels, Saratov region, RSFSR, USSR) is a Belarusian diplomat.

Biography
Born into a military family. In 1966 the family returned to Belarus. In 1976 he graduated from the Machulischen Secondary Polytechnic School.

In 1980 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military-Political School of Air Defense, in 1990 from the Lenin Military-Political Academy in Moscow, in 1993 from the postgraduate study of the Humanitarian Academy of the Armed Forces.

1980-1995 – Served in the air defense forces of the Armed Forces of the USSR / Republic of Belarus.

1995-1999 – Chief Specialist, Deputy Head, Head of Analytical Research and Forecasting Department of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus.

Since 1999 in the diplomatic service. He has the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary 1 class.

1999-2002 – Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, member of the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2002–2007 – Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Lithuania.

2007-2013 – Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, member of the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Since April 2013 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Bulgaria, the Greek Republic and the Republic of Cyprus concurrently. He held this position until May 22, 2018.

Family
Married, has two children and three grandchildren.
