The Vulcan Motor Industries Ltd is an Israeli company for production and marketing of cargo vehicles and import and sale of accompanying accessories to the vehicle.
The plant’s roots in a sectarian factory established in 1936 in the Haifa Bay area. In 1979, the company's new factory was inaugurated in the area of the "Champ" industry in the Western Galilee and is operating there to this day. The company has another factory in the industrial area.
The company deals with the production, marketing and distribution of diesels to the vehicle, trucks, tractors, buses, bi wheels and heavy mechanical equipment. The company has approximately 70 employees and sells 300,000 seats annually.
The Vulcan factory produces clusters that range from 40 to 220 amper an hour in 12 volts. The sale of the seats is made through the company’s branches across Israel as well as by car service providers: electricians, garages, graria services, exchange shops and marketing networks.
History of History
The beginning of the Vulcan Motor Industries at a witness factory for the production of quarks opened in Haifa Bay in 1936. In March 1943, at the same time as overseeing trade in terms, Ada's factory structure was adapted by the authorities to produce a term for the British army under the supervision of the company's engineer Emanuel Shef, and a witness company moved to produce seats on another site. Towards the end of World War II, he moved that he would create violins for the Vulcan factory that was part of a reactor concert, and May 1945 was considered the date of the establishment of the plant. The contacts with U.S. society in Milwa and in 1973 – 1974 Globe Union became a full partner in Walmart, acquired in January 1974 33% of the company’s shares. In order to streamline production and modern implementation, it was decided by the management that the factories should be renewed and established on a new site to not harm existing production. In January 1976, the cornerstone was laid for the new industrial area "Tene" in the Western Galilee, where it was decided to establish the new factory. In 1978, the production of the new factory shooters began operating an installation around the clock and was officially inaugurated on July 13, 1979. Later, Vulcan also established a factory for self-producement of polyprofile (high-resistance plastic material) for the new seats instead of buying plastic boxs. The factory in Haifa Bay continued to operate until 1983.
In 1990, the company was issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and in 1993 the Vulcan was sold to the Carmel Garnier Company, using Sonol.

In 2000, businessman Meir Arnon, acquired the company of Focus Capital, the shares of control (68%) in the company, which was then in trouble, from the Carmelian throat.
