Marshall B. Webb (born November 27, 1961) is an American Air Force lieutenant general. Since August 2014, he has been Commander of the Special Operations Command of the NATO High Command in Europe and former Commander of the US Special Operations Command in the European Area.
General Webb is a top-class airman with more than 3,700 flying hours (mostly in helicopters), including 117 flying hours in Afghanistan, Iraq and Bosnia. He has piloting skills on special purpose aircraft MC-130H "Combat Talon II" and MC-130P "Combat Shadow", special purpose helicopters MH-53 (modifications H, J and M), helicopters of the type UH-1 "Iroquois" (modifications H and N), and convertoplanes CV-22B type V-22 "Osprey".

Military service
From July 1984 to May 1985, he underwent pre-graduation training for helicopter pilots at Fort Rucker Air Force Base, Alabama. Then, from May to July 1985, he underwent retraining for a UH-1N helicopter at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
From August 1985 to November 1987, he served as a UH-1N helicopter pilot in the 4th Detachment of the 40th Aerospace Search and Rescue Squadron at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. From November 1987 to July 1994, he served in the 20th Special Operations Squadron as an MH-53H/J helicopter pilot, instructor pilot and flight examiner at Herlbert Field Air Force Base, Florida.
From July 1994 to July 1997, he served at Mildenhall Air Force Base in the 352nd Special Operations Group as flight examiner on the MH-53J helicopter, flight safety officer and aircrew commander.
From August 1997 to June 1998, he was a student of the Air Force Command Staff College, and from July to September 1998, he was a student of the Armed Forces Headquarters College. Then, from September 1998 to September 2000, he was an executive officer of the Strategic Planning and Policy Office at the headquarters of the U.S. Joint Special Operations Command.
