Willy Fondja (*22). September 1983) is a former French football player.

The 1.85m defender went from the sub-class playing French club AS Poissy to the PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, the first Slovenian league, to NK Maribor in 2007. Here he came to several appearances and gained additional experience in the UEFA Intertoto Cup.
