Vitmark-Ukraine is a Ukrainian holding company engaged in the production and sale of juices, juice-containing products, carbonated drinks. Headquartered in Odessa.

History
The company was founded in 1994 on the basis of the Odessa Baby Food Canning Plant, has been operating since 1928. In the course of development and expansion, attracting investors occupies one of the leading places in the market of juices and beverages of Ukraine and exports them to 35 countries.

The history of Vitmark-Ukraine began with a large-scale reconstruction and modernization of production facilities of the Odessa Baby Food Plant. The plant was equipped with the latest Italian, Finnish, Swedish and German equipment.

In May 1995, the first packaging of Jaffa juice was created, the products were poured into the TetraPak cardboard package.

In 2002, the company launched a line of juices under the brand of the Odessa Baby Food Cannery.

In 2009, the juice was renamed Our Juice.

In 2003, the holding includes Rakhnyansko-Forest Cannery, which becomes the main center for processing fruits and vegetables for manufactured products.

In 2007, the production of juices for children "Miracle Chado" began.

In 2008, the production of Aquarte water was launched.

In autumn 2010, the company launched the production of juice for children under the TM "Jusic".

In 2013, the production of direct pressing juices "Pryamosok" began.

In 2019, Vitmark-Ukraine received a license for the production and distribution of NESTEA® ice tea in Ukraine and Moldova.

In 2020, Vitmark-Ukraine opened a new direction for the production of a plant-based alternative to milk - Vega Milk.

In May 2021, the company expanded the range of nutritious and healthy snacks Jaffa and released on the Ukrainian market smoothies called Super Food and Protein Boost.

In the summer of 2021, the company launches the production of two organic novelties “Pure organic apple-banana” and “Organic puree from apples and black currant”. They are produced from Ukrainian organic apples processed at the facilities of the Odessa Baby Food Canning Plant (OKZDP).

Activities
The company is engaged in the production and sale of juices, nectars, juice-containing drinks, baby food, puree and concentrated semi-finished products. The main production facilities of Vitmark-Ukraine are OJSC Odessa Baby Food Cannery. They allow annual production of juices and beverages up to 450 million liters per year. There are 11 bottling lines in Tetra Pak packaging, a bottling line in a PET bottle, a baby food line for packaging in a glass jar and a juice bottling line in a glass bottle.

Products are exported to more than 30 countries of the world - to Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Lithuania, Estonia, Cyprus, Libya, Turkey, Singapore, Greece, Canada, USA, Israel. In total, the share of all brands controlled by the company in 2017 occupies about 30% of the juice market in Ukraine. The share of TM "Miracle Chado" in the segment of puree and juices is estimated at 35%.
