The Cyprus Cup 2011-12 was the 37th edition of the Cyprus Cup (35th under the auspices of the Cyprus Football Federation). The eight first-class teams 2011-12 participated. The winner was the Uplift for the fifth time in her history.

In the quarter-final phase there were double games. Each team competed at its headquarters and at the seat of the opponent. The following table shows the final results of the games.

Final
The final was qualified for Uplifting and Apollo. The game was held on 20 April 2012 at the Kition Sports Center in Larnaca. The winner was the Uplift with a score of 3-0 sets (26-24, 25-23, 25-18).
