The 2nd Cyprus women's football category 2007-08 was the 2nd edition of the 2nd Cyprus football class. The championship was won by the Neapolis Olympiad.

Operating system
In the 2007–08 first-class championship, 6 teams participated. It was held in two phases. In the first phase, all teams competed between them twice, once inside and one away.

In the second phase the first two teams of the first phase scoring gave play off matches for the champion's promotion, with a limit of three wins. The victories they achieved in the first phase of the league also counted in the second phase. According to the announcement the games started at the team headquarters that finished in first place and continued alternately at the two teams headquarters until one of them completed 3 wins.

The remaining teams were placed in positions 3 – 6 of the final rankings, respecting the rankings they had at the end of the first phase of the league.

Score system
Each win was scored by 2 points and every loss by 1 point.

Classification criteria Phase I
The teams were ranked based on the total number of points they won. In case of a tie in the total number of points won by two or more teams the ranking criteria were:
Higher ranked the team with the greatest difference between the victors and the lost sets.
If the teams had the same difference, the group was ranked higher with the largest fraction resulting from the division of the total winning sets with the total lost sets.
If the tie continued, account was taken of the results of the meetings (in order: points, sets, points).
If the tie continued, higher ranked the team with the largest fraction resulting from dividing the total earned points with the total missed points.
If the tie continued, a race was held on a neutral field designated by the Cyprus Football Federation.

Changes over the period 2006-07
The 2007–08 championship was not attended by the 2006–07 champion, Marathon Kato Varosia, who had been promoted to the 2007–08 I division.

Also, ANN Agios Athanasios and the Famagusta Naval Group participated in the league.

Play off
For the champion's appearance, Olympiad Neapolis and the Pafiakos competed. The Olympiad had achieved 2 wins in Phase I. In the first play off match he won again and was declared champion.
