The 1974 LTH Panhellenic women's track championship was held from 20 to 22 September 1974 at Karaiskakis Stadium, Piraeus, in addition to the women's pentathlon that had taken place earlier, on 4-5 May, during the Spring Athletics Games. This year the participation was somewhat limited, on the one hand because the SEGAS had set performance limits and on the other because of the Cypriot tragedy there was little participation of Cypriot athletes. A total of 140 athletes participated. The club champion emerged Panionius for the 21st time.
