The 36th Armed Football World Cup (SISM) (final phase) was held in Rome, Italy, as part of the World Military Games, from 6 to 15 September 1995. France was the winner, while Cyprus had an excellent course that ended in 4th place.

Final phase
In Round I the 12 teams competed in three teams with a score (3-1-0). In case of tied ranking criteria it was in order the best goal difference and the best attack. In Round II ( quarterfinal) eight teams qualified (the first two of each group and the two best third parties), who competed in knockout matches. The semifinals and finals followed, and there was also a match for 3rd place. France was the champion team. All the games took place in Rome.
