Yasine Sued (1931-) is a Lebanese writer, historian and former military officer. He was a lieutenant general in the Lebanese Army and retired in 1990. He holds a Master's degree in Staff College from Beirut and has held various leadership positions in the Lebanese Army, including "Head of Military History Department at the Directorate of Information", "Commander of Security Agency at Beirut International Airport" and "President of the Military Court". He received his law degree from the University of Lebanon in 1964 and a Doctorate in History from the Sorbonne University in France in 1984.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of "Al-Quds Foundation" in Beirut, a founding member of the "Arab National Forum", and a member of the "National Committee against Normalization". He was also a member of the International Committee for Military History and the International Committee for Historical Sciences. He was one of the founders of the "Movement of Non-Confessionalists in Lebanon".
