Giasemakis (also known as Yiasoumis or Yasumi)

Giasemakis Giasoumi, also known by his aliases Yiasoumis Yiasoumi and Yasumis Yasumi, is a former Cypriot football player born on May 31, 1975, in Larnaca. He played with several clubs including Enosis Neon Paralimni, APOEL Nicosia, PAOK Saloniki, Aris Limassol, Ethnikos Achnas and AEK Larnaka.

Giasemakis began his professional career at the age of 20, playing for Enosis club before moving to APOEL in 1998. During his time with APOEL, he won the Cyprus Cup in 1999. In 2001, he signed with PAOK Saloniki, a Greek club where he spent six years and won the Greek Cup in 2003.

In addition to his club career, Giasemakis also had a successful international career playing for the Cypriot national team from 1998 to 2009. He made 63 appearances for the team, scoring seven goals between 1999 and 2009. During this period, he was also captain of the team on several occasions.

Giasemakis's achievements include winning the Cyprus Cup with APOEL in 1999 and the Greek Cup with PAOK in 2003. He is considered one of the most successful Cypriot footballers of all time, known for his skill and goal-scoring ability on the field.
