Early Life and Citizenship
Yoann-Jean-Noël Langlet was born on 25 December 1982 in Réunion, an overseas department and region of France in the Indian Ocean.
Club Career
Langlet has played for several clubs throughout his career. He began playing for FC Girondins de Bordeaux from 1999 to 2001. He then moved to Stade Lavallois (Laval) from 2002 to 2003, followed by a stint at Pau FC from 2003 to 2004 and again from 2005 to 2006. Langlet also played for FC Sion in Switzerland from 2004 to 2005, Vaduz in Liechtenstein from 2006 to 2007, Al-Ittihad Club (Tripoli) in Libya from 2007 to 2008, and Freiburg in Germany in 2008. In 2009, he joined Neuchâtel Xamax in Switzerland.
International Career
Langlet represented the Mauritania national team internationally after agreeing to become a naturalized citizen of Mauritania in 2003. He was invited by Noel Tosi, who was then the coach of the Mauritania national team and wanted him in the squad.
